Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

(a) Account information (Google Sign-In): your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account, used to create and identify your Astro account.

(b) Birth details: birth date, birth time, birth place and the corresponding geographic coordinates (if you use the place-search feature) — data required to compute Zi Wei, Bazi, astrology and similar charts. You enter this yourself; it may be your own or another person's, and you are responsible for having permission to use it. We store your default birth profile linked to your account, and the charts you save under "My charts" together with the AI interpretations generated for each of them, so you can review them later.

(c) Transaction information: if you buy credits or a package, we store your credit balance and transaction history linked to your account. Payment processing is handled by a third party (see section 3); we do not store your card or bank account details.

(d) Content you submit for AI interpretation: questions you send to the AI assistant, photos you upload for face or palm reading and similar inputs are sent to third-party AI providers for processing and to return a result to you (see section 3). AI assistant conversations and uploaded face-reading photos are not stored long-term on our servers after processing.

2. How we use information

We use this information to: operate and improve the service; compute and display astrology, Zi Wei and feng shui results based on the information you provide; manage your account, credits and daily free usage; and contact you for support when needed.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing with third parties

To operate the service, some information is processed by the following infrastructure and service providers, each under its own privacy policy:

Google — sign-in authentication (Google Sign-In).

Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI — processing AI interpretation content (question text, reading photos) to generate the result returned to you.

Cloudflare — server infrastructure, database and storage.

PayOS (on the web) and Google Play Billing (in the mobile app) — payment processing.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

5. Your rights

You may request to view, correct or delete your account information and saved charts at any time by emailing support@astro.ai.vn. Deleting your account removes all associated birth profiles and saved charts.

6. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
