1. Acceptance of these terms
By using Astro (astro.ai.vn), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. About the service
Astro provides astrology, Tử Vi (Zi Wei Dou Shu) and tarot content, including interpretations generated by artificial intelligence. All content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is NOT medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
3. Accounts
Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Birth details you enter are used only to compute charts and generate readings for you.
4. Free usage, credits and payment
Each day you receive a number of free AI readings. To generate more, you may buy credit packs. Credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed and are consumed only after your daily free readings are used up. Purchases are one-time — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed by PayOS; we do not store your card or bank details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, access it through automated means, resell the AI output as a commercial product, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Astro name, design and software belong to us. Readings generated for you may be used freely for your own personal purposes.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Astrological and AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Any decision you make based on the content is your own responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Astro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
